Terms of Service

1. Subscription & billing

EyeCalm comfort boxes are sold as monthly subscriptions ($39 / $69 / $99 per month) billed automatically through PayPal on the same date each cycle. You are responsible for keeping your PayPal account in good standing.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your PayPal Automatic Payments settings, or by emailing mao@nblingfeng.com for assistance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; boxes already shipped are not recalled.

3. Shipping

Boxes ship from our warehouse in China, typically within 2 business days of each cycle start. Delivery is usually 7–15 business days depending on destination. Tracking is provided by email. Import duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

4. Refunds

First-box satisfaction promise: if your first box isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, contact mao@nblingfeng.com for a refund of your first month after a short review. Damaged items reported with a photo within 14 days will be replaced or partially refunded.

5. Product nature

All box items are external-use wellness products. They are not medicines or medical devices, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or diagnosis. Consult an eye care professional for persistent symptoms.

6. Promotions

Introductory offers (such as the first-box discount) apply only within their stated validity period and to new subscribers, and cannot be combined unless stated.
